OUR REPAIR POLICY:Thanks to over 250000 customers worldwide, Diamond Essence has sold over 2 Million pieces of Jewelry since 1978! We stand behind each and every item we have sold and our life time guarantee on stones is a testimony for our committment to our workmanship and quality. There may be occasional wear and tear or some other issues with your purchases, but rest assured that your precious jewel is covered under our guarantee and we can repair/replace it as per the following policy.
We stand by our prodcuts and ensure the best quality. In rare cases of any issues with your jewelry, rest assured that our legendary Diamond Essence stones are guaranteed for life time and we will replace it free of cost for any defects like chipping/crack/cloudiness etc. We can also perform repairs like refurbishing prongs, resizing, replating, building new mounting etc, for a nominal charge. Our Repair Department is open from 1st April to 31st October every year.
