Our Customer Friendly Return/Exchange Policy Is As Under:

  • Please note that all orders can now be returned or exchanged back In 14 Days after you receive the order.
  • Please send the items back to us in the gift box it was packed in and with the original purchase receipt. We recommend you to insure the package and send it with delivery confirmation.
  • Please note that we do not provide Return Labels as return shipping is your responsibility. 
  • $12 Re-stocking fee apply to all Returns.
  • Custom/Special Orders are non-returnable.
  • Gift Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • You may Exchange a product once.Return Shipping Is Your Responsibility For An Exchange. We will ship the exchange free of cost as a one time curtsey.
  • Please use only FedEx or USPS for sending the shipment back to us and do ask for appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation.
  • Although, we encourage you to call us and obtain a RMA Number before sending your return/exchange, it is not mandatory and we will honor returns/exchanges as soon as we receive it. Please allow 14 to 21 days to process your return/exchange order. If your exchange order is in-stock, we might ship it sooner.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 days for the credit to post back to your account. We will issue credit to the original method of purchase only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back. 
  • For Orders With PayPal as payment method, 3% Additional Restocking Fees Will be Applied.
